Ben DuPré has extensive appellate, judicial, and public administrative experience in Alabama, including 14 years serving on the Supreme Court of Alabama as a staff attorney and chief of staff to two Chief Justices, Roy Moore and Tom Parker.
In private practice, Ben defended religious liberty, unborn children, and constitutional rights in the U.S. Supreme Court, Alabama Supreme Court, and federal and state courts throughout the country. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama and in Virginia, where he graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach.
At the Adoption Law Firm, in addition to representing foster and adoptive parents in court, Ben is the spearhead of the appellate division and handles a wide array of issues.
Ben and his wife Jerusha have 7 children home-educated with Ezekiel Academy, where Ben serves on the Board. Ben and his family worship at Evangel Church in Montgomery.
