Mary Beth Larue, like many women throughout history, came to the heartbreaking realization that she and her husband, Matt, would not be able to have children … at least not the old fashioned way.
For the 34 year-old yoga instructor, this news was devastating … almost as devastating as learning that IVF would only have a 3 percent chance of success.
ABC news reports that when Larue and her husband heard this news, they started considering adoption out of foster care. IVF ” just didn’t speak to me,” she said.
Larue and her husband have learned to embrace the uncertainty of adoption and be content with each new opportunity to love their child.
